Placing an order with Eastern is simple, just follow these steps when shopping with us.
Step 1: Select Title
In the products' page, you are free to select any of your desired item(s) and add into your shopping cart. After the button " Add to cart " is clicked, you will be directed to a new page to view your shopping list.
Step 2: Select Quantity
In your shopping list, you are able to select the quantity of each item, which has been selected earlier.
Step 3: Auto-calculate
If you have selected more than one item or quantity is more than one, you can click "Calculate" to calculate the total amount incured on your shopping items. If you wish to continue shopping, just click on the button "Continue shopping" below your shopping list and you will be directed back to the products' page. Otherwise, you can click "Check out" to end your shopping.
Step 4: Order List & Your Particulars
After check out, you will be directed to a preview page for you to view the summarized shopping list. Here you are requested to fill in your personal particulars, delivery address, shipping method and payment method. Click "Done" to send this order to us.
Please do not hesitate to click done, we DEFINETELY will get back to you and re-confirm your order and provide you with an order ID.
Step 5: Re-confirm
We will send you another email to notify you the status of your order when we are ready to post your order. Once you have confirmed the total amount and postage cost, we will proceed to send you your order via Poslaju. A tracking code will be provided so you can track your order's delivery status.
